Tatyana Sarycheva-Kuzmina is the Founder and Executive Director of Rullywood, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit cultural and entertainment organization dedicated to bringing people together through arts, culture, education, and community engagement.
Over the years, her programs have welcomed thousands of attendees and featured performers, artists, community leaders, and cultural organizations from diverse backgrounds.
Her passion for music and the arts began long before the creation of Rullywood. Growing up in Russia, Tatyana devoted many years to musical studies and performance. She attended music school, performed as a soloist with choir and orchestra ensembles, and continued her education at the conservatory level. These early experiences helped shape her lifelong appreciation for artistic excellence, cultural traditions, and the power of music to connect people across generations and backgrounds.
After relocating to the United States, Tatyana built a successful career in the luxury jewelry industry. She worked for many years with Ben Bridge Jewelers, one of America’s most respected jewelry companies and a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. During this time, she pursued professional gemological education through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and earned recognition through AGS. Her experience in luxury presentation, customer relations, business development, and attention to detail would later influence the high standards and elegant productions for which Rullywood became known.
In 2012, Tatyana founded Rullywood with a vision of creating a platform where culture, talent, and community could come together. The organization received nonprofit status in 2013 and has since developed into a respected cultural organization serving diverse communities throughout Southern California.
Over the years, Tatyana has produced and directed a wide variety of programs, including concerts, cultural festivals, artist showcases, television productions, children’s programs, community celebrations, red carpet events, charitable initiatives, and international cultural projects. Through her leadership, Rullywood has provided opportunities for performers, artists, musicians, and community organizations while promoting cultural diversity and artistic expression.
Among her most recognized productions is the annual Carnival Night New Year’s Gala, a long-standing international celebration that combines live entertainment, music, culture, and community spirit. Known for her creativity and hands-on approach, Tatyana personally develops event concepts, décor themes, visual presentations, and guest experiences. Her original decorative designs and artistic installations have become a distinctive part of the Carnival Night tradition and are widely recognized by attendees and supporters of the organization.
In addition to her work as a nonprofit leader and producer, Tatyana has served as a television host, performer, event director, and community advocate. Her commitment to preserving cultural heritage, supporting emerging talent, and creating meaningful experiences has helped establish Rullywood as a respected platform for arts and community engagement.
Her work has been recognized by community organizations, media outlets, and public officials. In 2012, she was featured on the cover of Gorozhanka (City Girl) International Women’s Magazine. In 2017, she received a Certificate of Recognition from Congressman Adam Schiff in acknowledgment of her contributions to cultural programs and community development.
Today, Tatyana continues to lead Rullywood’s mission of celebrating talent, culture, and community while building bridges between people of different backgrounds through creativity, education, and the arts.
